Practice piyo with certified instructor Wendi Sweatt every Thursday night from June to August at the pavilion.
Piyo uses principles from pilates and yoga, but is athletic based so there is constant movement. Piyo increases your body's flexibility and strength.
There is a $5 fee for each class. Please bring a yoga mat and water. The workout is done barefoot. (If you prefer, you can wear shoes or sticky socks.) Crandon Lake members may bring a guest.
