Bring a mat, towel and water (maybe a sweater?)

This session at 9 am will be makeup classes for the cancellations that took place on the last two weeks of our fall sessions. There will be no charge for these two sessions for those who participated in the fall. If there are any new guests who were not part of the past session, the cost will be $15 per class.
